Return/ Exchange Policy

We offer an easy return and exchange policy where you can exchange/return the purchased products by raising a request within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.  We would love to know that you are satisfied with the products you ordered at our site. Please note that we provide double extra margin in all our products which allow all our products to get it altered to a bigger size any time. In case you are not happy with the size ordered, you can exchange it for a bigger or a smaller size by raising an exchange request 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. You can write an email to us at customer.care@CladVictory.com or call or WhatsApp us at +91-9892176784 to initiate an exchange request. We will arrange a return pick up for the product(s) to be exchanged.

We request you to pack all the items in their original delivery package, as received by you. Please make sure that the garment has all the product tags and labels in place and the parcel is properly packed. In case of an exchange, you may enjoy a one-time free exchange.

If for some reason you would like to return the order then you are always welcome to raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. You can write an email to us at customer.care@CladVictory.com or call or WhatsApp us at +91-9892176784 to initiate a return request. Please mention the following details in your request:

  1. Order number
  2. Full name
  3. Contact number

We request you to put all the items in their original delivery package, in the same condition as received by you. Please make sure that the garment has all the product tags and labels in place. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


Refund

The refund amount is processed back into the bank account of the customer. We request the customer to share the bank account/ UPI scan code details over the email at customer.care@CladVictory.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9892176784. Please note that we deduct a processing amount of Rs. 300 per product in case of return. Alternatively, customer can get the entire refund amount (without any deduction) into Clad Victory wallet which can be used for one time purchase at any time. The Clad Victory wallet amount or gift card is valid for lifetime.
